Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect through the MotoHub Malaga Airport website, for what purpose we process it, and what rights you have as a data subject, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

The data controller is MotoHub Malaga Airport (trade name).

2. What data we collect

We only collect personal data that you voluntarily provide via the contact form on the website. This includes:

  • full name,
  • email address,
  • phone number (optional),
  • message content and the subject of your inquiry (transport, garage, rental, apartment).

The website does not use cookies or tracking/analytics tools.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

We process the data you submit in order to respond to your inquiry and prepare an individual quote for transport, garage, rental, or apartment services — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Data recipients

Data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may only be disclosed to trusted technical service providers necessary to operate the website (e.g. hosting, contact form provider), acting under data processing agreements.

5. Data retention period

We keep inquiry data for as long as necessary to respond and manage any resulting cooperation, for no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g. tax regulations).

6. Your rights

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:

  • access your data and obtain a copy of it,
  • rectify (correct) your data,
  • erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing,
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal,
  • lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
